Another new psychedelics company has made its trading debut on Canada’s CSE Exchange: Delic Corp. (CAN:DELC).
Delic Corp. has gone public via RTO and offers a somewhat different business model for investors. The company’s focus is on psychedelic services, software and (already legal) products.
Formed in 2019, Delic offered the first “psychedelic umbrella media platform” that includes “The Delic” (an e-commerce brand), “Reality Sandwich” (a public education platform) and “Meet Delic”, which is a “proposed biannual wellness summit” (according to Delic).
The company raised CAD $3,475,500 in its qualifying transaction via the sale of 17,377,500 units.
