"As the patient registry continues to grow and new rules are adopted, we remain dedicated to providing reliable access to the patients that are looking for natural, direct relief," says Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers. "Expanding access across the state, especially throughout South Florida, is crucial as it's home to a large portion of patients. Our goal to ensure that all patients have access to high-quality, effective products in a space where they can feel comfortable and safe will always be our top priority."

Presently, Trulieve operates 24 other dispensaries throughout the state of Florida, including six more locations in Miami and throughout the South Florida region. In stores and online, patients will find Florida's largest selection of THC and CBD products, available in a variety of delivery methods, including concentrates, ground flower for vaporizing, tinctures, topical creams, vaporizers, and more. Trulieve also offers home delivery statewide for patients unable to make it to a physical store, in addition to its 25 dispensaries in locations across the state.

The Office of Medical Marijuana Use recently announced the registry had surpassed 190,000 registered medical marijuana patients with an active ID card, with Trulieve consistently selling between 60%-70% of the state's overall volume, per the Florida Department of Health. Trulieve Statement About House Vote to Repeal Smoking Ban

"We commend the House and Senate for working quickly on the repeal of the ban on smokable flower. We have received several inquiries on how quickly Trulieve plans to sell whole-flower cannabis.

"Please be advised that, as of this writing, whole-flower cannabis is still not legal until Governor DeSantis signs the bill into law and the Office of Medical Marijuana Use establishes rules and guidelines.

"As such, we at Trulieve understand patients' urgency in getting immediate access to this form of medicine and are working to be as ready as possible for when approval is granted. We have been and will continue to provide the largest variety of safe, reliable, and high-quality medicinal cannabis in Florida."
