Hydropothecary Announces $100 Million Public Offering

The Hydropothecary Corporation (TSX VENTURE:THCX) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp., Eight Capital, and a syndicate of underwriters pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 25,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $4.00 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $100,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant of the Company.
